On the slopes of mount Montalbo, in a Site of Community Importance, in Sardinia, the Ottidoro specialized farm in cultivation of Olive trees and the production of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil following the organic farming method. The Olive trees extend along the foothills, where the exposure, the healthy air, the nature of the soil and the influence of the sea allow an optimal microclimate for olive cultivation.
